After releasing the first list for 184 Lok Sabha seats, the BJP is racing against time to meet the March 25 deadline, the last day of filing nominations. In the second list announced for 36 seats includes 23 from Andhra Pradesh. It goes to the polls on the first phase on April 11
The party also announced six candidates for Maharashtra and five for Odisha. Also, one candidate each for Assam and Meghalaya .
The most prominent name to figure from Odisha is BJP national spokesperson Sambit Patra. He will contest from Puri.
