Having recovered from COVID-19 , Superstar Sanjay Dutt while taking to twitter has announced that he is taking a short break from work for his medical treatment. He is likely to fly to US for treatment according to various reports in the media .
The 61-year-old actor shared a statement to Twitter and wrote, “Hi friends, I am taking a short break from work for some medical treatment.”
Sanjay Dutt said “My family and friends are with me and I urge my well-wishers not to worry or unnecessarily speculate. With your love and good wishes, I will be back soon!”

Sanjay Dutt was admitted to Mumbai’s Lilavati Hospital after he complained of breathlessness and chest discomfort. He was rushed to the hospital and also underwent the COVID19 test, reports of which turned out to be negative. After staying under medical care for two days, he was discharged from the hospital on August 10th.
Sanjay is currently awaiting the release of his film Sadak 2 and Bhuj: The Pride of India with Ajay Devgn, which will premiere on Disney Plus Hotstar.
He will also star in the second installment of KGF 2. On his 61st birthday recently, Dutt shared the first look poster of his character of Adheera from the film KGF: Chapter 2.
