In a big jolt to the BJP in Maharashtra, miffed BJP leader Eknath Khadse all set to join Sharad Pawar’s NCP , says Maharashtra minister Jayant Patil.
Khadse is BJP’s senior-most leader in Maharashtra, and has been disgruntled ever since he had to resign as a minister from the erstwhile Devendra Fadnavis government in Maharashtra.
Jayant Patil said, “Eknath Khadse promoted BJP in Maharashtra over years. I’ve been informed that he has resigned from his party. We’ve decided to give him an entry in NCP. He will be formally inducted into NCP at 2 pm on Friday.”
