Redcliffe Labs, a unit of Redcliffe Lifetech in the U.S. and India, announces the appointment of Prof. SS Anand as the new Medical Director at Redcliffe Imaging – Radiology division of Redcliffe Labs.
In his new strategic role, Prof. SS Anand will drive the nation-wide expansion and growth plan for Redcliffe Imaging. Under his expert guidance, Redcliffe Imaging will aim at becoming a quality radiology service provider with an enhanced patient experience.
Prior assuming the new role, Prof. SS Anand has completed thirty-seven glorious years as a serviceman. He is an established professional in radiology.
Having dedicated his life for the Nation, Prof. SS Anand has been awarded Army Commander’s and Chief of Army Staff Commendation for his services to improve patient care during his tenure. He has retired from the Indian Army as Brigadier.

He has been credited with many ground-breaking initiatives such as the first CT scan machine in the army command hospital, Pune. He has established the PET-CT scan and Medical Cyclotron in Army Hospital (R&R), New Delhi.
An Alumnus of KGMC- Lucknow, INMAS- New Delhi and PGI- Chandigarh; Prof. SS Anand was a mentor, guide and examiner in both Nuclear Medicine & Radiology. He has served as the Dean of Army College of Medical Sciences New Delhi and Hamdard Medical College, New Delhi. He has also written numerous publications on radio diagnosis.
