Defence Minister Rajnath Singh met his counterpart the Ministre des Armes of France, Florence Parly at Palam Air Force Station before he left for Ambala for the rafale induction ceremony.
According to news agency reports, Parly arrived in the national capital on an official visit on Thursday morning, ahead of the formal induction of the first five Indian Air Force Rafale jets at Ambala.

Earlier, Rajnath Singh held a brief with the French Defence Minister Florence Parly on ways to further boost bilateral defence cooperation.
Later they both witnessed the traditional ‘Sarva Dharma Puja’ at the Rafale induction ceremony. Followed by the air display where one saw the Rafale jets, India’s Golden Arrows, up in the air, flanked by SU-30 and Jaguar aircraft in arrow formation.
