As a mark of respect to departed militant leader, Chairman of khaplang faction of NSCN, Shangwang Shangyung Khaplang, Eastern Nagaland Peoples Organisation (ENPO) resolved to observe a day of mourning by shutting down all private institutions and business establishments on June 13.
