BSP supremo and former Chief Minister of Uttar Pradesh Mayawati, it seems has taken a leaf out of Congress president Rahul Gandhi’s book. In a scathing attack on the Prime Minister Narendra Modi , Mayawati in her tweets referred PM Modi as Chowkidar and accused him of giving himself self-importance at the cost of national security.
She pointed to recent a report by The Hindu to say that the anti-corruption clause in the controversial Rafale jet deal had been waived off, allegedly by the Prime Minister himself.
Government waived anti-corruption clause in Rafale deal, is the latest detail revelation by The Hindu newspaper today. Corruption & corrupt defence deal, No problem! Chowkidar is important for the BJP/RSS, not his honesty?

Corruption, honesty, national interest and national security etc. Everything can be compromised and ignored for the sake of Chowkidar.
The Chowkidar is moving everywhere in the country on government expenses claiming he is honest and not corrupt.

It may be re- called that the Congress president Rahul Gandhi has in his relentless attacks on PM Modi on the Rafale deal called him ‘Chowkidar Chor hai’
