Bobby Deol’s last outing Poster Boys in 2017, along with brother Sunny Deol and directed by Shreyas Talpade ( who also acted in the film) did not exactly set the Box – office on fire.
So, Bobby is banking on his forthcoming 3 films. And happily all of them have generated the required buzz and the curiosity.
Bobby , has as of now three big films on his hand in the coming days. It is a comeback of sorts. First he will be seen in Remo D Souza’s Race 3 – along with Superstar Salman Khan, Jacqueline Fernandez .
Bobby has heaped praise on Salman for transforming his image in the forthcoming film. Thanks to Salman Khan, Race 3 will present Bobby in lean mean muscled avatar like never seen before.
After Race 3 , Bobby will be seen in his family project Yamla Pagla Deewana3 – alongside his father Dharmendra, Sunny Deol . The film has huge star cast. Superstar Salman khan will also make an appearance in the film along with Shatrughan Sinha, daughter Sonakshi and the diva Rekha.
According to latest media reports, Bobby Deol has now signed the fourth franchise of Housefull 4. Produced by Sajid Nadiadwala under the banner Nadiadwala Grandson Entertainment, Housefull 4 will release on Diwali 2019.
The comedy film stars superstar Akshay Kumar and Riteish Deshmukh and others.
Bobby and Akshay kumar have a fine bonding over the years both on and off- screen. They have done films Ajnabee ( 2001) , Ab Tumhare Hawale Watan Saathiyo (2004) Dosti : Friends Forever ( 2005) Thank You ( 2011). So, Housefull 4 is re- union for Bobby and Akshay.
Interestingly, Akshay’s wife Twinkle Khanna had made her Bollywood debut opposite Bobby Deol in the Deol’s Banner Vijeta Films. The 1995 film Barsaat directed by Rajkumar Santoshi.
