Prime Minister Narendra Modi accompanied by Union Ministers – Defence Minister Nirmala Sitharaman, Textiles Minister Smriti Irani reached the Kala Academy in Panaji to pay tributes to Manohar Parrikar. He also met Parrikar’s family and paid his condolences. Goa governor Mridula Sinha as also present.
