In scathing attack West Bengal Chief Minister Mamata Banerjee has slammed Prime Minister Narendra Modi and wondered how from chaiwala he had become a Rafalewala.
Banerjee made these remarks after Prime Minister Modi at a rally in Jalpaiguri had slammed her government for defending those involved in the chit fund scam.
“He (Modi) is the most corrupt man in the Rafale deal. He is the master of notebandi (demonetisation)… He was never a ‘chaiwala’ and doesn’t know how to prepare tea. From chaiwala, he has now become Rafalewala. He tells a bunch of lies. We support Congress on this,” she said.
