Brijesh Singh is principal secretary to the Chief Minister of Maharashtra. He was previously additional director general for police in Maharashtra and has earlier held the responsibility of Maharashtra Cyber, a unit looking after cybersecurity of the Government of Maharashtra for several years.
He writes in newspapers and appears in the media on cybersecurity-related issues. He has written the thriller Quantum Siege and co-authored Dangerous Minds of India with Hussain S. Zaidi.
