Senior Congress leader and former finance Minister P Chidambaram has once again lashed out at the Modi government over its vaccine policy.
In series of tweets , Chidambaram said that now cannot cannot say now that it didn’t anticipate the consequence of the vaccine shortage because the government had been “duly forewarned”.

In another tweet he wrote that both the WHO and the IMF had cautioned India at the slow pace of vaccinations

As the prospect of a possible third wave looms, Chidambaram issued a final warning to the Government in a tweet as he wrote, The final warning to the government is that if vaccinations are not accelerated, it will not be possible to prevent a third wave.
