Ailing for quite some time , Goa Chief Minister 63 – year-old Manohar Parrikar finally succumbed to pancreatic cancer. The four time Chief minister was also a former Defence minister. He was unwell since february 2018 .
Centre has announced national mourning on March 18. State funeral will be accorded to him.
