India have clinched three-match T20I series against England by winning the second T20I by an emphatic 49 runs at Edgbaston, Birmingham. England skipper Jos Buttler won the toss and asked India to bat first.
India skipper Rohit Sharma looked set for big one scoring a quick 20 ball 31 ( three fours , Two sixes) . Rishabh Pant the surprise opener scored a 15 ball 26 ( Four fours, 1 six) . Back in side after missing the first Virat Kohli’s poor run continued as he was dismissed for mere 1 . Suryakumar Yadav ( 15), Hardik Pandya ( 12) , Dinesh Karthik ( 12), Harshal Patel ( 13 )could not carry on . But thanks to Ravindra Jadeja’s unbeaten 29 ball 46 ( five fours), India reached a fighting total of 170/ 8 in their 20 overs.

In reply to the stiff target, England top order flopped again . The batting failure saw England crashing to yet another defeat .
