Last seen in Sanjay Leela Bhansali’s 2018 Magnum Opus Padmaavat, Bollywood actress and superstar Deepika Padukone is all set to be back on the big screen .
This time the leggy star will feature in Meghna Gulzar’s film titled – Chhapaak . It is a film based on the life of an acid attack survivor Laxmi Agarwal . Actor Vikrant Massey too has pivota role in the film.
Deepika tweeted her excitement on the role when she wrote , Rarely do you come across a story where you do not need an entire narration to decide if you want to be a part of a film or not. Chhapaak will hit the theatres on January 10, 2020.
Besides this film, Deepika will be seen in another big film Kabir Khan’s 83 . A tribute to Indian cricket team’s 1983 World Cup win. Husband Ranveer Singh plays the role of iconic- all- rounder and skipper Kapil Dev in the film. Deepika plays the role of Kapil’s wife Romi Dev in the ambitious film.
So, With two big films coming up , Deepika is all set to light up the big screen yet again.
