There will be 10 matches in Kolkata including the final and the whole set can be bought for Rs 480. This will be Category 1 tickets. Tickets in Categories 2 and 3 will also be available for Rs 960 and Rs 1920 in Kolkata, it was announced.

These tickets will be available till July 7 when the draw will be made. After the draw, team delegates will visit all six venues in Kolkata, Kochi, Navi Mumbai, Panaji, Guwahati and New Delhi, he said.
Tickets for individual matches will be available from July 7, he said. Initially, there will be a 25% discount on the marked price, he said. Closer to the tournament, these tickets can also be bought from counters.
Ceppi said these limited number of tickets available from Tuesday to July 7 will also help identify the real football fan because they won’t know which matches they are going to see.
“We will give out the name of the city which buys the maximum number of tickets,” said Ceppi.
The 60% discount is available only for the first phase of ticket sales, said Ceppi.
Puyol set to arrive
Barcelona legend and World Cup Winner with Spain, Carles Puyol will arrive in New Delhi on Monday. He will hand over the first ticket to a family member of Shibdas Bhaduri, captain of the 1911 Mohun Bagan team that was the first Indian football side to win the IFA Shield.
Puyol will also be part of a pre-match show of the Indian Premier League (IPL) on May 17, it was announced. Puyol will do a Facebook Live on May 16 and be part of a Mission 11 Million programme that aims to have 11 million Indians playing football in Mumbai.
‘Happy with progress in Kochi’
Ceppi also said he is happy with the progress made in Kochi where work had been behind schedule. An arrangement has been reached to have the shops that fringe the stadium closed 10 days before the first match there, he said.
