Virat Kohli led Royal Challengers Bangalore maintained their winning momentum as they beat the struggling Rajasthan Royals by 7 wickets in Dubai. After Virat Kohli won the toss and decided to bowl first, RCB bowlers came up with a fine show to restrict Royals to 149/9 in their 20 overs.
For the Royals , Evin Lewis ( 58 ) 37 balls with five fours and three sixes was the top scorer. The rest did not support him . Yashasvi Jaiswal ( 31) off 22 balls, Skipper Sanju Samson ( 19 ) and Chris Morris ( 14) were the only batsmen to reach double figures in a poor batting display.

In reply the RCB powered home with their batting line- up. Skipper Virat Kohli run-out for 25 off 20 balls with four fours, Devdutt Padikkal scored 22 off 17. The openers – Kohli – Padikkal put on 48 in 5.2 overs. Srikar Bharat scored 44 and along with Glenn Maxwell who remained unbeaten 50 off 30 balls with 6 fours and one six powered RCB to an easy win. Maxwell scored his second successive fifty and unleashed his wide range of power shots all around the wicket. His form is good sign for the RCB gives them the X factor in the middle order.
A B De Villiers was the other not out batsman with 4 runs. RCB reaching 153/ 3 in 17.1 overs to get much needed two points.
