Delhi Capitals have always promised so much but only to falter at the final stage so often in the cash rich league . It has changed name from the formative years from Delhi Daredvils to Delhi Capitals yet it’s fortunes have not changed . Tis time they are hoping that with ever improving India all- rounder Axar Patel as captain their jinx at IPL finally ends .
Ricky Ponting , Aussie legend and Two time World Cup winner, had moved on as head coach to Punjab Kings, Kevin Pietersen, former England Skipper is the team’s mentor. Hopefully the change at the support staff will benefit DC.
Well it looks a tough ask given DC’s past performances in the IPL. This time they would be hoping to arrest the slide
KL Rahul, Jake Fraser-McGurk, Karun Nair, Faf du Plessis, Donovan Ferreira, Abishek Porel, Tristan Stubbs give the power in the batting department . If they click as unit they could play spoil sport for sure .
