Congress president Rahul Gandhi while reacting to China’s move to block designating Masood Azhar as global terrorist at the UN, has slammed Prime Minister Narendra Modi on the issue. He took a dig at the government’s diplomatic failure.
Taking to his twitter handle the Congress president tweeted ,
