It is an end of an era . A poet, master orator, statesman and loved and respected across partylines , three time- former Prime Minister Atal Bihari Vajpayee passed away at the age of 93.

The BJP stalwart was admitted at the AIIMs for the last three months and his situation worsened dramatically in the last two days. Vajpayee was said to be on life support and very critical. His illness saw galaxy of leaders cutting across party lines visiting AIIMS to enquire about him.
Prime Minister Narendra Modi, Party President Amit Shah, former Deputy PM L K Advani along with daugheter Pratibha Home Minister Rajnath Singh, External Affairs Minister Sushma Swaraj, Health Minister J P Nadda, Textiles Minister Smriti Irani and several leaders party leaders.
Congress president Rahul Gandhi, National Conference patron Farooq Abdullah, West Bengal Chief Minister Mamata Banerjee , Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal, were at AIIMS.
Rajasthan chief Minister Vasundhara Raje is rushing to Delhi, So is Bihar chief Minister Nitish Kumar.
BJP has cancelled all party programmes including the national executive meeting. All BJP chief ministers and chief ministers of other states are reaching the capital and are expected to attend the funeral
