Amidst intense speculations over his health and non appearance in public that caused ripples around the world , North Korean dictator Kim Jong Un , according to a report by Korean Central News Agency made his first public appearance in three weeks.
Kim reportedly was at an event where he cut a ribbon at the opening of a fertilizer factory. The Korean Central News Agency also reported that on seeing him workers gave him a thunderous applause.
Meanwhile , US President Donald Trump has denied to comment on the reports of Kim appearing in public. Trump said : “I’d rather not comment on it yet. … We’ll have something to say about it at the appropriate time.”.
Kim’s health suddenly became a major issue as there were reports of him not having undergone a successful surgery or he was seriously and ill and in some reports even assumed to have died. Media was flooded with unending rumours.
