Cricketer- turned politician Navjot Singh Sidhu whose comments on various issues which have not gone down well with Chief Minister Captain Amarinder Singh has resigned a minister from the Punjab cabinet.
Sidhu was apparently peeved after been shifted from Power ministry to low key Renewable Energy portfolio. He had not assumed charge of the same since June 6 and remained elusive as well.
However, the real reason for his resignation is still not known.
In-fact he had resigned on June 10 . He addressed his resignation letter to then Congress president Rahul Gandhi and shared it on his twitter account.
