The deadlock in parliament has finally ended with the revoking of suspension of 4 Congress MP’s namely – MPs Manickam Tagore, Ramya Haridas, S Jothimani and and TN Prathapa. Motion to remove the suspension of four Congress MPs passed in the Lok Sabha.
It may be noted that the four were suspended on July 25 for the entire session by Speaker Om Birla, for carrying placards inside the House as a mark of protest.
Soon after the end of the logjam the debate on price rise had begun in Lok Sabha . Manish Tewari, Senior Congress Leader and MP from Anandpur Sahib slammed the hike in GST rates saying , Country has double-digit inflation for last 14 months, it’s highest in 30 yrs. Consumer food price index is sky rocketting . GST increased on daily use things like rice, curd, paneer & on pencils and sharpeners, govt is not sparing even children.
If we see Sri Lanka, Bangladesh, Bhutan, and Singapore, everywhere inflation is rising and jobs are getting lost. Amid such a situation if the poor are getting two-time meal free of cost then shouldn’t we thank the PM., BJP MP Nishikant Dubey said
