Shiv Sena (UBT) leader and Rajya Sabha MP Priyanka Chaturvedi has hit out the Eknath Shinde government in Maharashtra over the sensational murder of Shiv Sena (UBT) leader Abhishek Ghosalkar during a Facebook Live’ to by a local social activist’.
Speaking to ANI , Shiv Sena (UBT) leader Priyanka Chaturvedi said , “The law and order situation has collapsed in the state (Maharashtra) but this government has no shame. Abhishek Ghosalkar was a heavyweight leader of Shiv Sena, his father is still with us, what happened is saddening…The central govt should intervene and ask the CM and the deputy CM to resign…”

Abhishek (40), son of former MLA Vinod Ghosalkar, a loyalist of the Uddhav Thackeray-led party, was also a former corporator. A viral video of the incident, which took place at assailant Mauris Noronha’s office in IC Colony in the northern suburb of Borivali (West) on Thursday evening, showed Ghosalkar being shot in the abdomen and shoulder.
