The Lucknow bench of Allahabad HC has granted bail to prime accused Ashish Mishra. He is the son of Union minister Ajay Mishra.
The incident took place on October 3, 2021, in Lakhimpur Kheri where a speeding four-wheeler mowed down four farmers and a local journalist.
