India came out a with a fine all- round show at the third T20I against South Africa in cold conditions at Dharamsala to win by 7 wickets and take a 2-1 lead in the five match series.
Earlier India Skipper SKY won the toss and opted to bowl first . And SKy was rewarded well as he bowlers did not disappoint and came out with disciplined effort to bundel out South Africa for mere 117 runs in their alloted 20 overs.
The Proteas struggled on cold conditions which generated swing and bounce. SA Skipper Aiden Markram played alone hand with a fighting 61 . India bowling attack was spot on. Arshdeep Singh overcame the Mullanpur match horror with fine figures in power play 2/13 ( 4 overs) , Harshit Rana 2/34( 4 overs) , Hardik Pandya 1/23( 3 overs), Varun Chakaravarthy 2/11 ( 4 overs), Shivam Dube 1/21 ( 3 overs) , Kuldeep Yadav 2/12 ( 2 overs)
Chasing a modest target India romped home in style . Though the batting form of some big names is a cause of worry . Abhishek Sharma gave the usual flying start racing to 33 ( 18 balls, 3 fours , 3 sixes) before he was dismissed . Shubman Gill scored a run a ball 28 with five fours .
