Former External Affairs Minister Natwar Singh doesn’t mince his words at the dire straits of the Congress party. Singh had left the Congress after a 25-year association over his fallout with Sonia Gandhi.
Singh, who is also the brother-in-law of Captain Amarinder Sing said that the present situation of the Congress party is not alright at all.
“There are three people responsible, one of them is Rahul Gandhi who doesn’t even hold any designation, and he is calling the shots…,” he said.
In another interview with CNN News18, Natwar Singh when asked whether he held the Gandhi’s accountable for the Congress party’s state of affairs, said: “Yes, I do. Who else is calling the shots? Ghulam Nabi Azad is not, AK Antony is not. Nobody in the working committee is. Its the family that’s calling the shots.”
