Prime Minister Narendra Modi, Amit Shah, Rajnath Singh Remember Arun Jaitley On His Birth Anniversary
Prime Minister Narendra Modi and his cabinet colleagues remembered late BJP leader and former finance Minister Arun Jaitley on his birth anniversary. The former finance minister was one of the backbone of the Modi government and most articulate party voice on host of issues and had rapport across party lines . He died on August 24, 2019.

Home Minister Amit Shah said Jaitley was an outstanding parliamentarian whose knowledge and insights had very few parallels. “He made a lasting contribution to Indian polity and served the nation with great passion & devotion. My heartfelt tributes,” he said.
