Sushant Singh Rajput’s Death Case: SC Rejects CBI Probe PIL Plea , CJI Says Let Police Do Their Job

A PIL filed by by Alka Priya seeking Central Bureau of Investigation probe into Bollywood actor Sushant Singh Rajput’s death case has been rejected by the Supreme Court.
While rejecting the PIL, Chief Justice of India Sharad Arvind Bobde said: “Let the police do their job.”
At present, the case is being probed by Mumbai as well as Bihar Police.
In sensational development after 43 days the late actor’s father K K Singh filed an FIR where he has accused actress and girlfriend Rhea Chakraborty of cheating and threatening his son. The family has also claimed that Rhea intentionally kept Sushant away from his family and was not allowed to speak with his father.
