Following the rebellion led by former Deputy Chief Minister Sachin Pilot and 18 MLA’s Rajasthan has plunged into political crisis.

Now it is learnt that Chief Minister Ashok Gehlot had written a letter to Prime Minister Narendra Modi about the attempts by BJP to topple his elected government. Gehlot has accused BJP of conspiring to bring down his government by indulging in horse trading .

Sharing on Twitter the letter, the chief minister accused Shekhawat, other BJP leaders and some “over ambitious leaders of his own party for being involved in the “conspiracy”.

Upping the ante against the BJP, Gehlot in the letter told PM Modi to ‘draw his attention towards BJP’s despicable attempt to topple his government in the state.

In the letter, Gehlot said that the BJP had earned a bad name by overthrowing Congress government in Madhya Pradesh and Karnataka and now it is doing the same in Rajasthan.
