Legendary Bappi Lahiri Passes Away At 69, Prime Minister Narendra Modi Leads Tributes; Bollywood Mourns
Nation is yet to come terms with the demise of Lata Mangeshkar, now another icon of Bollywood has passed away. Legendary music composer-singer Bappi Lahiri, who was known as the disco king of Bollywood, died at a Mumbai hospital on Tuesday night. He was 69. The singer breathed his last at 11:45 pm in Juhu’s Criticare Hospital.
As the news of his passing away broke tributes flowed on twitter :
