Hardeep Singh Puri Tweets In Delight As India Resumes Domestic Flights
Union Civil Aviation Minister Hardeep Singh Puri expressed his happiness in his tweets that domestic airlines are back in the skies after a gap of two months due to lockdown imposed to control the dreaded and spreading coronavirus. In one tweet he wrote , action has returned to Indian skies.
From no domestic passenger flights yesterday to 532 flights &
39,231 passengers today, action has returned to Indian skies.With Andhra Pradesh set to resume operations from tomorrow & West Bengal from 28 May, these numbers are all set to increase further.@MoCA_GoI @PIB_India

Prime Minister Narendra Modi had announced a nationwide lockdown on March 25 as result all domestic and International flights both to and from were suspended . The first lockdown was from March 25 to April 14. The second from April 15 to May 3 . The third from May 4 to May 17. The fourth Lockdown 4.0 is due to end on May 31.
