Egyptian President Abdel Fattah El-Sisi Holds Talks With Prime Minister Narendra Modi On Host Of Bilateral Issues

Prime Minister Narendra Modi held wide-ranging talks with Egyptian President Abdel Fattah El-Sisi, focusing on ways to enhance bilateral ties in a range of areas, including agriculture, digital domain, culture and trade.

The 68-year-old influential Arab leader, who arrived here on Tuesday on a three-day visit, is the chief guest at the Republic Day celebrations.

We have decided to take the bilateral trade between our countries to US$ 12 billion in the next 5 years. Prime Minister Narendra Modi at a joint press conference.

Tomorrow I am going to take part in the Republic Day parade. I am thankful to PM Modi for such a grand welcome. During our discussions, we talked about trade and investment and how to further expand our cooperation in import and export: Egyptian President Abdel Fattah El –Sisi said during his address.
