Amneet Kaur Sadhra Launches Catalyze To Redefine Student and Workplace Readiness

ISB alumna and accomplished HR leader Amneet Kaur Sadhra has launched Catalyze, a career readiness and capability development platform designed to help colleges and universities prepare students for the realities of the modern workplace.

With over 14 years of experience across organizations including Future Group, Skechers and Outsized, Amneet has built a strong reputation for identifying talent, developing people and enabling high-performing teams. Her experience revealed a persistent gap between academic learning and professional performance: students often graduate with qualifications and ambition, but without the practical capabilities required to communicate clearly, think independently, navigate ambiguity and perform confidently from day one.

Catalyze partners with educational institutions to strengthen student employability through immersive simulations, role plays, case-based learning and real-world workplace scenarios.
